Nestled in the heart of Chilliwack's Promontory community, this townhome refresh was designed for a football-loving client who wanted a space to enjoy game days with friends, yet be welcoming and kid-friendly for his grandchildren. The goal was to blend his passion for football with comfortable, durable furnishings suitable for family life.

To honour the client’s love of the game, we incorporated his favourite team’s colours and displayed football memorabilia throughout the living space. We also ensured the furnishings were kid-friendly, with durable materials to withstand the energy of grandchildren while keeping the design sophisticated and stylish.

The result is a vibrant, functional space perfect for watching football or spending quality time with family. With updated flooring, fresh paint, and a few personal touches, this Goldspring townhome now feels like home, with every detail reflecting the client's lifestyle.
